I'm a Post-doc in bioinformatics and cell biology currently working at the University of California at Berkeley (Tjian Darzacq Lab).

 

Research Interest:

  • Cell biology

  • Genome Assembly

  • Biological macromolecules and their interactions

  • Bayesian networks

  • Modeling of complex systems

  • Massively parallel programming (CUDA, OpenCI)

 

Current projects:

  • Meta Genomic assembly

  • 3D localization of transcription factors in the cell nucleus
